Evaluation

A key purpose of this work is to evaluate the impact of 3D simulation in engineering education.  As such, we have developed evaluation forms that can be used in addition to the instructor evaluation (standard in most universities) to gauge the effects of this work.  For use along with standard course instructor surveys, a printable version of this student feedback form is also available below. 

There are two forms provided below.  The first  is an evaluation of the effectiveness of the 3D simulations and the other is an evaluation of the website usability.  These questionnaires are brief so please take a minute to fill out both evaluations.
