class RRPCMinimizeVelocities : public RRPerformanceCriteria

GVL - This criterion attempts to minimize joint velocities by considering the maximum row sum of the pseudoinverse of the Jacobian. By considering the inf-norm and not the 2-norm, this criteria addresses the most problematic joint at the expense of smoothness in a curve of the criterion's value over the workspace.
